STDs

Chlamydia

Chlamydia is a sexually transmitted disease caused by a common bacterium. A urine sample is collected to determine results.

Gonorrhea

Gonorrhea is a sexually transmitted disease caused by a common bacterium. A urine sample is collected to determine results.

HIV

HIV is a sexually transmitted disease known as Human Immunodeficiency Virus. It is the virus that causes AIDS. A blood test is collected to determine results. If the screen is positive, additional testing will be needed at that time.

Chlamydia

Chlamydia is a sexually transmitted disease caused by a common bacterium. A urine sample is collected to determine results.

HSV I, II

Herpes Simplex Virus 1 is Oral herpes. Herpes Simplex Virus 2 if genital herpes, a sexually transmitted disease A blood sample is collected to determine results.

Hepatitis A

Hepatitis A Antibody test will determine a prior hepatitis infection or an acute hepatitis A infection. A blood sample is collected to determine results.

Hepatitis B

Hepatitis B surface antigen is a blood test ordered to determine if someone is infected with the hepatitis B virus. If it is found, along with specific antibodies, it means the person has a hepatitis B infection. A blood sample is collected to determine results.

Hepatitis C

A blood test, called an HCV antibody test, is used to determine someone has ever been infected with the hepatitis C virus. The HCV antibody test, sometimes called the anti-HCV test, looks for antibodies to the hepatitis C virus in blood. A blood sample is collected to determine results.

Immunity Titers

Many schools and employers require a new student or employee to verify that they are immune to certain diseases or viruses. Our Immunity Titer tests measure the amount of antibodies in blood and can provide you with the verification to get you enrolled or employed. We only use CLIA laboratories for processing titers and results are generally accepted by all schools and employers.

Complete Metabolic Panel (CMP)

Measures Glucose, Calcium, Sodium, potassium, carbon dioxide, chloride, albumin, total protein, ALP, ALT, AST, Bilirubin, BUN.

Prothrombin Time with an International Normalized Ratio

Measures how long it takes for a clot to form in a blood sample.

Human Chorionic Gonadotropin

Checks for the hormone hCG in blood and urine. This test can be used to see if a woman is pregnant.
